The Askew team was top notch to deal with while trying to search for our first home! I know Paul for five years. He was strongly recommended to me by my husband’s nephew and niece in the first instance. He had helped their respective families look for and purchase a house and a townhouse, respectively.

In May, 2022 when we decided to list our house we were looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, tentative Realtor working with a well established large firm. "Karssen Askew is hands down THE best agent ever!! I would give her 10 stars if I could. She has exceptional work ethics and is literally one of THE hardest working people I've ever met, and it definitely shows in her performance. She treats you not just as a client, but as a friend. There were many opportunities were she could have made more commission off of us if that was her goal, but she never pulled any tricks or ever pressured us to make us feel that it was about making money. It was always about helping us find our dream home (and we did!). She GETS you and can very easily narrow down properties that come very close to your price/expectations, and is very aggressive when it comes to bargaining on your behalf.
