1.7 acre undeveloped oceanfront property in Owen Bay, a popular recreational development and historic location on Sonora Island in the Discovery Islands. The property is nicely treed, with a relatively level and friendly topography and the 283ft rocky shoreline is primarily low bank and easy access on to the tidal water between Sonora and Busby Islands. A shallow draft boat could be brought in at low tide to where the road right of way accesses the waterfront, one lot over from this one and a short walk along the road. There is a government dock in Owen Bay and a road from the dock leads past this property. The road is large enough for a vehicle, and some property owners have small vehicles or ATVs for carrying goods and for travelling to and from the property from the public dock. Campbell River is approximately 45 minutes away by boat and provides an excellent centre for supplies and services.
